This is exactly the type of thing I fear is the future if we don’t stop the fundies:

It’s funny how the term “activist judges” is bandied about by the fundies when courts step in to preserve choice and freedom, and yet we don’t hear a peep of this when someone’s basic human right to raise their child as they see fit is simply taken away.
